2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard US Shipping: We offer free economy shipping 5-7 business days
International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the US
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within the US.
5. Delays & Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays) may cause delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at dianna@artlinegroup.com so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
