Artline Studio Return Policy
Damage & Defects
We are extremely careful to package your print to protect it from moisture, and impact.
However, if the print should be damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact dianna@artlinegroup.com with pictures and descriptions of the damage. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
We offer a lifetime guarantee for quality and workmanship of our prints.
If there are any defects with the print, we will send you a replacement or a refund.
Returns
Due to our custom production process, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect color or size selection, or if the item does not match your style or decor.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve review your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dianna@artlinegroup.com.
